The brief

A federation with a lot to say

Π.Ο.ΣΥ.ΓΟ.Π.Ε.Α. is the top coordinating body for associations of parents of children with special needs in Cyprus. Its work spans advocacy, events and everyday support for families, but that work was hard to find and follow online.

The federation needed a website that could hold a growing amount of content (profile, activities, news and useful resources) while staying calm, clear and easy for parents to navigate. Above all, it had to feel warm and human, not institutional.

What we did

What we delivered

Web design

A clean, warm design with a clear hierarchy, so parents find what they need without effort.

WordPress build

A WordPress site the federation can keep up to date themselves: profile, activities and news.

Information architecture

We organised years of activities and resources into a structure that scales as more is added.

News & activities

Dedicated sections for annual events and ongoing news keep the site current and worth returning to.

Contact & enquiries

A simple contact form puts families one message away from support.

Mobile-first

The site works cleanly on phones and tablets, where most parents will read it.

Outcome

The result

One clear home online

Profile, work and news now live in one place that is easy to navigate and share.

Easy to keep current

Staff can publish news and activities themselves, so the site stays alive between events.

Ready for families

Parents can read about the federation and get in touch in a couple of taps, on any device.
