Five signs it is time to redesign your website
Your website is often the first thing a customer sees, and first impressions form in seconds. If yours is not pulling its weight, a redesign can be one of the highest-return investments you make this year. Here are five signs the time has come.
First, speed. If pages take more than a few seconds to load, most visitors leave before they ever reach your offer. Slow sites also rank lower on search engines, so you lose twice.

Second, mobile. More than half of all traffic now comes from phones. If your layout breaks, the text is tiny, or buttons are hard to tap, you are turning away the majority of your audience.
Third, the look. Design moves quickly, and a site that felt modern five years ago can quietly signal that a business has fallen behind. Clean type, generous spacing, and clear structure age far better than heavy templates.

Fourth, control. If every small change means emailing a developer and waiting a week, updates simply stop happening. A good build hands you the keys, so your content stays fresh without friction.
Fifth, results. The real test is enquiries. If people arrive but never get in touch, the problem is rarely the traffic. It is the path from landing to action, and that is exactly what a thoughtful redesign fixes.
None of this needs to happen at once. Start with the pages that matter most, measure what changes, and build from there.
